First some homework

What are three topics you would like to focus on in your coaching sessions?

For each one write down a clear tangible goal that you would like to achieve in this area of your life through coaching

At the end of the coaching, how will you know that you have achieved each goal

What will achieving each goal give you?

Up to now, what has stopped you achieving each these goals?

For each of these, on a scale of 1 to 10, how close are you right now to achieving the goal?

(0 being the lowest, with 10 being the highest)

Discover what your Signature Strengths are. These are resources that you can leverage to help you achieve these goals

When you have done this work, you will be in a better position to find the best coach for you

How to Find a Coach

Your coach has to belong to a member of a professional body. Each of the these bodies will have a ‘Find a Coach’ link.
